Following 28 days HIIT

Rebecca has just recently carried out a 28 Day HIIT, this involved exercising every day for 28 days, some sessions only lasted 10 minutes but other sessions lasted up to 1 hour. Rebecca's calorie intake was between 1000 and 1500 a day.
The results: in just 28 days Rebecca lost 10lbs in weight, 12 inches in total from waist, hip, chest and thighs and a total of 10% body fat.
Rebecca put a 100% effort into it and considering she had done very limited exercise before this she has done amazingly, I hope she is happy with the results and continues to change her lifestyle.
